The AT&T Mobility Bargaining Team met this week (January 22nd – January 26th) at the District 3 office in Decatur, GA. The Bargaining Team spent the week diligently sorting through suggestion forms and coming up with initial proposals to present to the Company.

After several months of delay, CWA is now back in bargaining sessions with the City of Jacksonville to finalize a contract for its members. The CWA City employees have been without a contract for several years. Although this may seem negative, City workers of the CWA Bargaining Unit did not suffer salary cuts while other City employees represented by other unions took a 2% cut in pay

CWA District 3 DirectTV Tentative Agreement

CWA District 3 DirectTV bargaining team has reached a tentative agreement at the bargaining table with AT&T.  The tentative agreement has been approved by the District 3 Local Presidents and will now head a for ratification vote by the DirecTV membership.  DirecTV employees in the following job titles: Administrative Support Specialist, Office Coordinator, Field Coordinator, Warehouse Assistant, & Installation Technician, who sign a membership card and join CWA, will be eligible to vote on the agreement.
