Union & Company agree to extend the Contract until Tues 8/21 at midnight. The Union & Company met on Friday 8/17. All outstanding issues were discussed and although progress has been made in the last couple of days, we are still apart on several significant issues.

The Union & Company met on Thursday 8/16. During the first part of the session, the Company presented their comprehensive contract, which we reviewed and discussed page by page. The comprehensive contract included the TA?s thus far, as well as outstanding company proposals (which have not been TA?d, rejected or countered at this point). We will continue discuss and update the comprehensive contract based on existing open proposals.

ATT Legacy T, ATT Puerto Rico and ATT Midwest Core & Global COS Contracts ratified.

The Union & Company met on Monday 8/13. The majority of the session was spent reviewing each of the outstanding proposals. TA?s were reached on several issues including updating the ?monitoring & recording? language, Union representation language, definition of seniority dates and updates to the flex time language.

The Union and Company met on Friday 8/10/12. The majority of the session was spent discussing the DASR-New Media comp plan. The Company also presented updated language for Article 10. The Union will continue to review the comp plans for all sales titles and Article 10 language.
