The Union and Company committees met this afternoon to discuss the issues that prevented contract ratification. While an agreement has still not been reached, both committees will continue to be ?on-call? in hopes of coming to an agreement. At this time we remain working without a contract

The Union committee met yesterday afternoon to review the AT&T Internet Services members' concerns that caused the first tentative agreement to fail.

Employees covered by the BellSouth Internet Services (members are located in Local 3204) Collective Bargaining Agreement will receive a retroactive general increase effective August 8, 2010.

The BellSouth Internet Services Contract was overwhelmingly ratified by the members of CWA Local 3204 covered by this contract.

The members overwhelming rejected the proposed tentative agreement on the AT&T CWA National Internet Services Contract. We will continue to work without a contract.

CWAs ATT Internet bargaining team reached a tentative agreement with AT&T Internet Services covering 5,000 workers in Districts 3, 4, 6 and 9.

Bargaining between the CWA and AT&T for the National Internet Contract began on June 21 in Dallas, Texas.

This is to announce that the ND/CA contract has been ratified. The results are 52% Yes and 48% No.

CWA bargainers, under the direction of Chair Bill Bates, have reached agreement with Avaya. Avaya representatives came to the table speaking from one side of their mouths requesting unprecedented concessionary demands, and speaking from the other side wanting to bargain a fair contract.

This District is proud to announce that the CWA ATT Mobility Contract ratified today. The results were 68% YES 32% NO.
