Mobility Bargaining Report – February 11, 2018

The committee met for an extended time today to discuss and prepare a counter-proposal to the company package proposal. Although we are slowly making progress, the company continues to reject proposal after proposal.

Mobility Bargaining Report – February 10, 2018

The bargaining committee met with the company many times today in an effort to reach an agreement on certain issues. While most conversations have been unproductive, we were able to agree on proposals involving hours of work, non-discrimination, company-union relationship, personnel records, and call quality observation.

District 3 Mobility Bargaining Report – February 9, 2018

The committee met with the company today and was surprised to receive a packaged proposal. While we were hoping the company had finally taken the higher road and accepted our proposals, it turns out their proposal included an unacceptable wage table, an outlandish benefits proposal, and only two of the twenty-eight proposal’s we’ve passed.

The committee met for an extended time today to discuss and prepare counter proposals on absences, company-union relationship, call and sales floor observations, and hours of work.

DISTRICT 3 MOBILITY BARGAINING Report #7

The committee met with the company today and passed proposals on the grievance procedure, updated language for our Memphis Distribution center, and amendments to our proposals on basis of compensation, Mi-60’s, and chargebacks.

The D3 Mobility Bargaining team met Saturday for an abbreviated session with the Company. They rejected our proposal on Chargebacks and passed their third benefits proposal.

We met with the Company again today for our 5th bargaining session. The Company passed a proposal on Arbitration and counterproposals on Holidays, Personnel Records and on Non-Discrimination.
