Your CWA Bargaining Committee met with the Company Representatives on Friday to continue discussions.  In the morning, the Union passed a Comprehensive Proposal Package to address all the members needs and concerns.  

Although we presented proposals and counter proposals to cover the demands of our membership and maintain the benefits acquired during the struggles and efforts of our members,  the Company rejected every one of our proposals and presented another outrageous, exasperating and derogatory package of proposals that still aims to snatch and degrade the benefits already protected by the previous agreements. Let's continue demonstrating to the Company that the LOCAL 3010 DOES NOT SURRENDER!

Our proposal aims to make justice to our members and follows the hundred of suggestions our members submitted.  We are hopeful that the Company will understand our concerns and that we can move forward on this new benefit package.  At the same time, the Company presented the most injurious, aggravating and offensive Package Proposal.  Part of that “package proposal”, aims to decrease our benefits including vacation, overtime and others

Although we continue to wait for an abundant amount of requested information, the Company has progressed slowly and has only provided some of that information, thanks to the GREAT MOBILIZATION that our members have made. The Union has proved our willingness to negotiate a contract on time and fair for our membership. 

Even as we continue to wait for information that we have requested from the Company and that is vital to represent adequately to our membership, we have proved our willingness to have an on time agreement that is fair for our members by submitting all our remaining proposals except a Benefits Proposal due to a lack of information from the Company that keeps dragging their feet. 

As of today, the Company has (18) open proposals in its possession and the Union waits for AT&T to answer them

The Company and your CWA Bargaining Team met today. The Union did not pass any new proposals as we continue to wait for information requested in advance by the Union to the Company.

The Company and your CWA Bargaining Team met today.  There were no proposals passed from the Union, as we await from the Company to provide much needed data and answers.

The Union is waiting on key Company responses to our requests for information that are necessary for the Union to evaluate the Company’s proposals and to work with other proposals for the Company.  We are scheduled to meet tomorrow, February 13.  So far the Union has presented 25 proposals addressing all the issues presented by our members in the surveys.
