Tentative Agreement - Highlights
The wage represent no increase in base in 2014,a 2% retroactive increase in base effective April1,2015 and a 2%increase in base effected 2016.
Additionally, a onetime $1200.00 ratification bonus for each employee on the active payroll as of the date of ratification.
Increase in pension 2015- 2016 no increase in third year. Lump Sum Payout Available
Portability of seniority
Successor Clause remains the same
Increase in rest time from 2 to 3 hours
Kept Boot Allowance.
Inclement Weather Language
No Pension for new hires,401k at .55%of the first 6%. Folks who rehire, transfer will have their pension frozen at that time and will go to the 401k plan
Safety eyewear eliminated.
