2015 CWA ATT BARGAINING REPORT #6

Today your committee met with the company and proposed excused time for Partnership, a true layoff process for temporary employees, relief between tours, stronger connecting and callout overtime language, expansion of bridging seniority, expansion of ESIPP, election training payment and protecting vacation time.

The company proposed fees for garnished wages, an involuntary stand-by process and a mechanized vacation request process.

The company closed with a debilitating healthcare proposal.  There are too many take backs to attempt to describe this repugnant plan.

Today the company set a negative tone to how they intend to bargain.  It is up to all of us to show solidarity in order to remind the company that we intend to use our bargaining power.  We have strength in numbers to combat this insanely profitable company.

The time is now to set the tone in the workplace.  Remember

IT’S OUR TURN
