CWA D3 PR-AT&T MOBILITY BARGAINING REPORT #39

English version

Dear Sisters and Brothers,

Today, your Bargaining Team and the Company did not formally meet but held informal meetings with the intention of closing the gap that still exists between the two sides.  Your Union continues to demonstrate its willingness to reach an agreement that meets the needs and concerns of great importance for our membership.  We are focused on good salaries, fair benefits and especially JOB SECURITY.

We appreciate the support of all the members for the constant mobilizations they have made throughout the week specially the retail sales group with the use of the Where's The Fairness pins.

We have received information from some employees that managers have complained about the use of such pins and have requested our members to take them off.  That instruction is in clear violation of our labor rights and you should reach out to your local immediately. Let us continue to show solidarity to your negotiating committee and do not stop using them.

We are scheduled to meet tomorrow.  Let’s show the company we are serious about our contract!  Get involved and contact your union steward, your Local leadership and your CWA bargaining committee if you have questions.  We are Moving Forward Never Backwards! Pa’Lante Siempre!  AT&T: Where is the Fairness? Show us!

Stay mobilized, stay unified and stay angry!

Your Bargaining Team;

Angie Wells – Darnel Borrero – Jorge López - Jorge Rodríguez
Luis Benítez – Rolando Hernández – Vivianette González

Queridos hermanas y hermanos:

We are Moving Forward Never Backwards! Pa’Lante Siempre! AT&T: Where is the Fairness?

¡Mantente movilizado, mantente unificado y mantente enojado!

Su Comité Negociador;

Angie Wells – Darnel Borrero – Jorge López - Jorge Rodríguez
Luis Benitez Vivianette González- Rolando Hernández
