There has been encouraging movement today. Discussions at the table have been more positive on key issues. We are hopeful that we may be able to push for an agreement before expiration.
The committee met with the company today and passed proposals on the grievance procedure, updated language for our Memphis Distribution center, and amendments to our proposals on basis of compensation, Mi-60’s, and chargebacks.
The D3 Mobility Bargaining team met Saturday for an abbreviated session with the Company. They rejected our proposal on Chargebacks and passed their third benefits proposal.
We met with the Company again today for our 5th bargaining session. The Company passed a proposal on Arbitration and counterproposals on Holidays, Personnel Records and on Non-Discrimination.
The District 3 Mobility Bargaining Committee met again today with the Company. Once again, we led off by passing proposals calling for improvements in the articles on Non-Discrimination, Absences, Chargebacks and Personnel Records.

The bargaining committee met with the company today, January 1/30/2018. We proposed additional improvements to our contract for force adjustment, vacations, a substantial wage increase, and the demand for a fully negotiated commission plan.
The Bargaining Committee met with the company today Monday, January 29, 2018. Both the company and Union made opening statements to start this round of negotiations.
We, the duly appointed members of the CWA District 3 Bargaining Committee, are honored to take part in this round of negotiations. It is our intention to bargain in good faith and our expectation is that the Company will do the same.
The AT&T Mobility Bargaining Team met this week (January 22nd – January 26th) at the District 3 office in Decatur, GA. The Bargaining Team spent the week diligently sorting through suggestion forms and coming up with initial proposals to present to the Company.
Our 2018 Mobility Bargaining Committee and Alternates began working at the District 3 office January 22, 2018 to prepare for negotiations with the Company which begin Monday, January 29.
