VISION: 

To establish an open, inclusive District that all our locals are proud to support, one that positively impacts our members. Execute clear and positive Leadership from the top down with input from the bottom up.

GOALS:

• Train and support our existing staff.
• Develop and strengthen relationships internally in order to mobilize whenever any of our units need support.
• Improve our position as a District in the Nation.
• Build better political strength from the grassroots level in the areas where we are not strong.
• Maintain and utilize District 3's budget so that the resources are allocated in the most responsible manner.
• Utilize technology in a more efficient manner such as pursuing building a database of arbitrations for the locals.
