The Union and Company met yesterday and discussed our members concerns about the CST and the data base inaccuracies. The Company committed to take these issues back to the department so that they would understand our members concerns.

Bargaining reconvened today with ND&CA. The Union stressed to the Company that wages and cost share were the main reasons the TA was rejected by the members and that we needed movement in these areas to reach another TA. The Company reiterated its position that this is a low cost unit and it did not have room to move. The Union submitted proposals to increase wages and to lessen the impact of cost share. We are in recess until 10 a.m. tomorrow.

The AT&T National Internet Services contract expired at midnight on Saturday July 13, 2013. An agreement has not been reached.
