Tentative Agreement District 3 AT&T Mobility Final Bargaining Report

As with all the other Mobility contracts, the one we just completed with AT&T involved difficult bargaining. In light of the companys position on economic issues and refusal to make many changes in language we proposed, the bargaining team believes we achieved the best contract possible. This is a tentative agreement until ratified by majority vote of members. Your Bargaining Committee unanimously recommends ratification of this agreement.

We met with the company earlier today and the company responded to some of our proposals and then passed a final economic package as well as the remaining items they were willing to agree to. After lengthy discussion and questions we finally reached a tentative agreement (T/A) on a new four year contract including wage increases each year and many other improvements that will benefit the Mobility membership.
