CWA-BST DRAFT CONTRACT

The changes in the 2nd TA were as follows:
1. ESIPP - Up-front SIPP will be offered to all in title in Organizational Unit regardless of the type work performed
2. Letter to VP Dennis regarding Payroll Issues.
3. Letter to Don LaRotonda regarding Term Positions Employee Security
