Avaya Contract Explanation Meeting

The Avaya Contract Explanation meeting will be held Saturday, June 10, 2006 at the Sheraton Four Points Hotel at BWI Airport. (Baltimore/Washington International Airport) in Maryland.

Each local is responsible for making their own reservations. Please call 1-800-368-7764 and indicate you are with the CWA C&T Avaya Contract Explanation Meeting Group. We are holding a block of rooms at a rate of $130 + tax. You need to make your room reservations as soon as possible and let me know if you are attending.

The meeting will begin at 8:00 am and end at approximately 12 noon.

It is imperative that you respond to this email and let me know if you plan on attending the meeting and when you will arrive and depart. While we are holding a block of rooms we may need to adjust it once we get a better idea of how many will be attending. So please let me know ASAP if you plan on attending and will need sleep rooms on Friday or Saturday.
